Actavis required some inhouse GMP training for a number of groups within their primary manufacturing teams.
The GMP Group carried out a number of exploratory meetings with the various teams to determine the level of training required.
Training packages were then put together for the client and rolled out internally.
Following the training, Actavis were able to put in place effective training programmes for their staff, which were successfully implemented.
