Belupo had a number of projects that required assistance, which included the development, delivery, validation and start-up of several projects in Croatia.
As lead consultant working for Belupo, The GMP Group successfully oversaw and delivered the development delivery, validation and start-up of the projects including secondary manufacturing and packaging facility, QC laboratories, 1/10 scale pilot plant and distribution centre.
