The client required audits of several Serum Institute facilities used in the manufacture of vaccines for the developing world.
The GMP Group developed and implemented a full site validation master plan for the facilities in Pune, India. The GMP Group have also provided GMP training for a number of senior personnel within the company.
The VMP's were delivered fully costed and the client has since achieved WHO approvals.
