In any project, project control is vital to all areas, for the successful delivery of the clients goals. The GMP Group Project Management Team will ensure that we understand the project from inception through to start-up of the facility and the first production batches, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
The GMP Group Project Manager will always work closely with our designers, engineers and technologists, and most importantly, with the client team, and will have complete knowledge of the overall costs and time elements, using the most effective tools to maintain control and manage the project.
